Sizing of our Postpartum Support wear Shorts and Tank Combo

Tanks - We recommend sizing up 2 sizes from your regular size.  

Shorts - If you have not gained much over 'baby weight' go by your pre pregnancy size. If you have put on a little more weight in your pregnancy (completely normal) size up. If you are having a planned c section, size up.
